不锈钢薄板镜面抛光自动化生产线上下料系统的开发设计

【摘要】 机械手是物流自动化的重要装备,它不仅提高劳动生产效率,还能代替人类完成高强度、高危险、重复枯燥的工作,减轻人类劳动强度.在研究分析不锈钢薄板镜面抛光自动化生产线上下料系统的现状和最新技术发展趋势、不锈钢薄板抛光工艺特点和生产要求的基础上,制定了不锈钢薄板镜面抛光自动化生产线上下料系统的整体方案,采用基于PLC控制的上料机械手和自动堆垛机构,提出了其中关键技术的解决方法,抛光设备控制系统与机械手控制系统间通过profibus-DP现场总线形式实现信息交换与连锁对接。

【Abstract】 Manipulator is an important equipment of logistics automation,which not only improve labor productivity,also can take the place of humans to complete the high strength,high risk,and repeat the boring work,reduce human labor intensity. Based on the analysis of the automatic production line of stainless steel sheet polishing material feeding system it presents situation and the development trend of new technology,stainless steel sheet polishing process characteristics and production requirements,and establishes the whole scheme of the thin stainless steel mirror polishing production line material feeding system. It uses PLC to control feeding manipulator and automatic stacking institutions,and puts forward the solution of the key technology. Polishing machine control system and feeding manipulator control system exchange information through the profibus-DP fieldbus.
