兆瓦级风电齿轮增速箱箱体有限元分析

【摘要】 风电齿轮增速箱是兆瓦级风力发电机组的关键部件。应用有限元法,对风电齿轮增速箱箱体进行静强度分析和疲劳分析。在SolidWorks软件中建立箱体的几何模型并且进行简化处理,再将简化后的模型导入Ansys workbench环境下划分网格,根据风电齿轮箱的实际运行情况确定其边界条件及所受载荷,计算求解其应力、应变和变形。根据计算结果分析结构中可能存在的危险区域并提出了改进方案。在此基础上进行疲劳强度分析。通过对疲劳载荷谱的合理简化,计算出寿命、安全系数、损伤和等效交变应力。根据计算结果分析确定结构危险区域疲劳寿命是符合设计要求。

【Abstract】 Accelerating gearboxes are key components of megawatt wind turbines. By using finite element method,the static strength analysis and fatigue strength analysis for body of the gearbox has been made. Model of gear box is established and reasonable simplified in Solidworks. And then the established model is imported into Ansys workbench environment to mesh grids. Boundary conditions and loads are made sure according to the gearbox’s actual operation situation. Stress,strain and deformation are calculated out. According to the analysis results hazardous areas are identified and improving schemes have been brought forward. On this basis,fatigue strength analysis has been made for getting its life,safety factor,damage,equivalent alternating stress. These results are used to estimate the life of hazardous areas whether meet the design requirements.
