连铸加渣机摆动机构的设计

【摘要】 ZL2600型连续铸钢自动加渣机的补偿摆杆机构能使保护渣落在结晶器上形成矩形,避免了人工辅助推料。该摆杆机构工作性能稳定,使加渣机的布料效率大大提升,提高了钢坯的合格率,同时减少了保护渣的浪费,降低了生产成本。采用函数法,对偏置曲柄滑块机构进行了分析,得出曲柄速度与滑块速度之间的函数关系。并在ADAMS环境下对偏置曲柄滑块机构进行了仿真,找出影响加渣机摆杆机构落料呈形的关键因素。该方法的仿真形象直观,测量方便,在机械系统运动学及动力学特性分析有一定的应用价值。设计了滑动补偿机构,有效解决了加渣机的落料呈形问题,对摆动布料机构的研究有一定的参考意义。

【Abstract】 ZL2600 continuous casting slag machine automatic compensation pendulum rod mechanism can make the protection slag colony forming rectangle in the crystallizer,and avoid artificial feeding. The pendulum rod mechanism of stable working performance,makes the fabric slag machine greatly enhance efficiency,improves the qualified rate of the billet,while reducing the slag waste,and reduces production cost. Using the function method,the offset slider-crank mechanism,the function relationship between speed and the speed of slider crank are analyzed. And in the environment of ADAMS offset slider crank mechanism simulation,it finds out that the influence of slag adding machine swing link mechanism is key factor of blanking. The simulation image of the method is intuitive,convenient measurement,and the kinematics and dynamics characteristics analysis of mechanical system has a certain application value. Design of the sliding compensation mechanism,effectively solves the slag machine blanking problem,which has certain reference meaning to study the swing fabric.
