热轧PC轧机支承辊接触区安定状态及疲劳裂纹萌生位置分析
The Shakedown Status and Cracks’ Initiate Location Analysis on the Contact Patch of PC Hot Rolling Mills’ Backup Roll
【摘要】 接触区安定状态的分析是接触零件疲劳承载能力及失效形式判定的依据之一,在结合赫兹理论和静力安定理论对两平行圆柱接触时弹性应力和弹性安定分析的基础上,根据有限元软件Abaqus计算得到的某支承辊接触应力的轴向分布,对支承辊接触区的安定状态进行了分析,结果表明:正常操作状态下此类支承辊的接触应力小于弹性极限应力和弹性安定极限应力,支承辊处于弹性状态,在循环载荷的作用下支承辊不会发生表面塑性变形;支承辊的疲劳以表面下起源的高周疲劳为主。
【Abstract】 The shakedown status is one of important criterion for the failure assessment of components endure contact load.Here,the maximum stress for the elastic status and elastic shakedown status were analyzed by combining the Hertz theory and static shakedown theory. Basing on the equation deduced before,the shakedown analysis was implemented with the contact stress of backup roll computed by finite element method. The results show that the contact stresses acting on the barrel of backup roll were below the maximum elastic stress and maximum shakedown stress of the materials can endure. There will be no fatigue failure caused by plastic deformation in the surface layer. And the failure modes of backup roll analyzed mainly are high cycle contact fatigue and the cracks mostly initiating below the surface due to rolling contact load.
