球形封头的应力分布研究
Study on Stress Distribution of Spherical Head
【摘要】 对一台压力容器的球形封头应力分布进行研究,在研究方法上采用理论分析、数值模拟和试验测定三者相结合的方式。在理论方面,通过薄膜理论计算球封头相应测试点的薄膜应力。在试验方面,采用电测法对其测点的应力进行了测定。在数值模拟方面,利用ANSYS软件对其应力进行数值模拟。对三种应力分析方法进行对比分析研究,探讨了球形封头的应力变化规律及其影响因素,验证了封头的应力计算方法,对压力容器封头应力的测定具有指导意义。
【Abstract】 The stress distribution of the pressure vessels was studied here,means of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and test measurement. For the theory,the film stress of the spherical head corresponding test points was calculated through the film theory. For the experiments,the stress of test points was tested by the electrical measuring method. For the simulation,the numerical simulation on the stress of the spherical head was performed on ANSYS software. On basis of the three stress analysis methods,the reason for the stress variation of the spherical head was investigated and the calculating method of the head stress was verified,which will shed light on the testing of the practical vessels head stress.
