双腔四振子混联气体压电泵性能分析
Performance Analysis on Dual-Chamber Series-Parallel Gas Piezoelectric Pump with Four-Vibrator
【摘要】 为构造输出能力较大的气体压电泵,采用四振子驱动的方式,设计了双腔四振子混联气体压电泵。通过理论推导,得到四振子混联泵输出能力的理论计算公式,并计算了在工作频率段内理论输出结果。应用GL-103B型皂液式气体流量计,测试了泵送空气时的输出流量值及输送液体水的流量输出。试验结果显示,当工作介质为空气时,泵的最佳工作频率点很高,大约在360Hz附近,最大输出流量可达3405mL/min,但零流量时输出压力却非常小,仅能达到2.7kPa;当工作介质为水时,泵的最佳工作频率点在140Hz附近,最大输出流量为1078 mL/min,零流量时输出压力可达49kPa。这表明,四振子混联泵在泵送气体介质和液体介质时工作性能存在很大差异,研究结果为泵的实际应用提供了参考数据。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the output gas flow rate and pressure,a new piezoelectric pump with two-chamber was structured by four-vibrator powered,namely dual-chamber series-parallel gas piezoelectric pump with four-vibrator. The theoretical formula of output capability was obtained by theory deduction and calculating the theoretical output results within the operating frequency. It applies the GL-103B soap gas flow meter,testing the output flow-rate when it pumps air. By other methods,but also it tests pumping liquid water flow-rate.The test results show that when the working medium is air,optimal operating frequency is high,at about 360Hz the maximum output flow-rate is up to 3405mL/min,but output pressure is very small,only reached 2.7kPa;when the working medium is water,optimal operating frequency is at about 140Hz,the maximum output flow-rate is up to 1078mL/min,and zero flow output pressure is up to 49kPa. This shows that there is a big difference when the work performance of four vibrator series-parallel gas pump is pumping gas medium and liquid medium.The study results provide reference data for the practical application of the pump.
