大型客车发动机油门自适应控制系统的设计与仿真

【摘要】 当今对大型长途客车驾驶舒适性提出了更高的要求,采用自适应巡航控制系统是缓解驾驶员驾驶疲劳,提高驾驶舒适性的一个有效途径。以大型长途客车为目标,对自适应巡航系统中柴油发动机油门的精确控制进行了研究。建立了控制系统数学模型,研究了PID控制策略。针对直流力矩电机的机械特征对控制策略进行了优化,通过单片机的输出比较通道产生PWM以控制电机。运用MATLAB进行了仿真分析。通过仿真和实车试验,表明利用该控制策略开发的油门控制器的控制效果良好。

【Abstract】 Today aiming at the large long-distance buses driving comfort,it puts forward higher requirements,using adaptive cruise control systems to carry out an effective way to reduce driver fatigue and improve the driving comfort.It takes the large bus for target,researching the precise control for diesel engine throttle in the adaptive cruise control system.A mathematical model for the control system is developed,with the control strategy of the PID studied.The control strategy and its optimization for DC torque motors has been developed.The optimized control PWM signals originated from out-compare channel of single-chip are used to drive DC motor.Simulation analysis used by MATLAB.Simulation and test results show that the developed throttle controller based on presented strategy has a good performance.
