装配体仿真中用运动副代替接触的有效性分析
Effectiveness Analysis of Contact Substituted by Constraint in Assemble Simulation
【摘要】 接触分析在装配体仿真中消耗了较多的计算时间,能否对接触进行等效简化引起了许多研究者的关注。以一个杆件系统为例,通过连续地对不同结点的接触用转动副进行替换并进行静力学分析,然后取出所有杆件上某个边上的Von Mises应力,并对每个边上各种情况的应力进行比较。结果表明,用运动副替换接触是可行的。距离接触越远的地方,强度分析的影响越小;而距离越近的地方,替换的误差越来越大。另外,多处的替换也会造成误差的累积。
【Abstract】 Contact analysis occupies large amount of computing time in assemble simulation.Whether the contact can be simplified or not cause for many researchers concern.A bar system is taken as an example,and many contacts are replaced by revolute joints consequently,and then static analysis is carried out,finally Von Mises stress on some side of each bar is extracted.Stress comparison shows that joint replacing contact is feasible.The replacing will influence little on the far bars but influence much on the nearby bars.It also shows that replacing many points will cause Cumulative error.
