CAX链条中的闭环数据流及其应用
Closed-Loop Data Flow in CAX Chains and Application
【摘要】 数字化设计与制造链条结构主要由CAD几何造型、工艺交互设计、前置处理、后置处理、加工轨迹模拟、加工路径优化、加工过程分析与过程优化等模块组成。在数控自动编程中,CAX(CAD/CAM/CAPP)链条中数据的闭环流动对提高数控编程的质量具有重要意义。介绍了闭环数据流的构建与实现方法,利用计算机辅助技术,建立了双刀数控车削自动编程系统,完成了双刀车削零件造型、加工工艺规划、刀位数据计算、NC代码生成和加工过程仿真。使用结果显示,优化了工艺流程和数控代码,提高了自动编程的质量和效率。
【Abstract】 Digital design and manufacturing chain structure is mainly composed of CAD geometric modelling,Process interaction design,pre processing,post processing,machining trajectory simulation,path optimization,process analysis and process optimization module,etc.In CNC automatic programming,the closed-loop data flow of CAX(CAD/CAM/CAPP) chains is of great significance to improve the quality of the numerical control programming.The establishment and implementation of closed-loop data flow method is introduced.Computer aided technology is adopted to develop an automatically programming system,which can accomplish the modeling of parts,process planning of turning,calculation of cutter location data,generation of NC code and simulation of the machining.The technological process and NC code are optimized and the quality and efficiency of the automatic programming are improved through experiments.
