具有制动功能的电梯滚动导靴设计及分析
Elevator Rolling Guide Shoe Design and Analysis with a Braking Function
【摘要】 随着电梯速度的提高,带来了一系列的问题,其中包括电梯轿厢的振动和过失速的问题。大量有关高速电梯的研究专注于如何提高电梯乘坐的舒适性,在这个方面,液压主动导靴被开发出来。近年来,也有少量研究涉及电梯的安全保护,但鲜有具体实用性的成果。为提高电梯的安全性,通过借鉴汽车鼓式制动器的工作原理,开发了一种具有制动功能的电梯滚动导靴,并利用Solidworks软件对其进行三维建模。该导靴可以单独配置,也可以与限速器-安全钳系统共同作用,可切实增加电梯的安全系数。分析表明,在高速电梯系统中使用该导靴能获得良好的制动性能。
【Abstract】 The speed of elevator is now improving faster and faster,which brings a lot of issues including the vibrations and the post-stall transients.A lot of related research concentrates on how to improve the riding quality of elevators,and a hydraulic active guide shoe has been developed to meet the requirements.In recent years,there are also some studies which involve the security of elevators,but the research outcomes are few.Via using the basic operating principle of the drum brake,a new type of guide roller system was developed to improve the safety of the elevator,and several typical three-dimension mechanical structures using Solidworks were given.This type of guide roller system can be used alone or acts in concert with the governor-safety gear system,which can obviously improve the safety coefficient of the elevator system.The analytical result shows that high-speed elevators equipped with this type of guide roller system can achieve a better braking performance.
