汽车后尾板下支撑梁一次拉延工艺数值模拟
Numerical Simulation for one-off Drawing Formability of a Support Beam of Automobile
【摘要】 汽车后尾板下支撑梁属于形状复杂的小圆角多凸台阶梯盒形拉延件,成形难度较高,通常企业采用两道拉延工序完成。利用基于UG/NX的板料成形仿真软件FASTAMP-NX对汽车后尾板下支撑梁的一次拉延成形过程进行了有限元模拟,分析在一次拉延成形中出现的主要质量问题的产生机理和影响因素,对工艺参数进行了调整,获得了良好的模拟结果并得到了实验验证,将原来的二次拉延工艺成功改为一次拉延,降低了成本,提高了效率,为优化冲压工艺和模具设计提供了依据。
【Abstract】 A support beam of automobile belongs to the complicated box draw piece which is slightly rounded coat,multi-boss and ladders.The forming of the part is more difficult.Usually the drawing formability of the part is completed by two steps.The sheet metal forming analysis software FASTAMP-NX based on the UG/NX platform was applied in the FE simulations for the one-off drawing formability of the support beam the blanking.The reason and influencing factors of the main quality problem in the one-off drawing formability were analyzed.The most effective simulation results were obtained by optimizing the drawing technology,which was also verified by the experiment.Primary two-off technology is successfully changed into one-off drawing scheme.If the simulation results are used in the production of the support beam,it will reduce the cost,improve efficiency,and provide a reference for optimizing stamping process and mould design.
