珩磨头三维设计与仿真分析
3-D Design and Simulation Analysis of Honing Head
【摘要】 珩磨是对工件表面进行光整和精整的超精加工方法。在珩磨时,珩磨头的直线往复运动和旋转运动在工件表面上形成一定角度的、规则的交叉网纹,这种网纹是珩磨加工特有的。针对珩磨头要根据孔的大小进行设计,设计过程频繁,结构合理性以及运动参数的选择直接影响加工质量,以加工直径准40mm,长180mm的钢件孔的圆柱珩磨头为例进行了设计,用Pro/E软件进行参数化建模和运动学、动力学的仿真分析,观察其运行情况,得到相关数据,可提高设计效率和质量。
【Abstract】 Honing is a super-precision process to surface of workpieces.In the honing,reciprocating and rotary of the honing head makes workpiece’s surface form unique cross-textured.For some problem such as designed frequently according to hole size and influence of structure and kinematic parameters choice to process quality,parametric three-dimensional modeling,kinematics,dynamics simulation analysis applying Pro/E software are designed for example of cylindrical honing head in honing holes with diameter Φ40mm and length 180mm.Watch its run and get data.Design efficient and quality is improved.
