【摘要】 针剂摆药机在自动化药房中已经广泛应用,针剂摆药机占地面积小,存药、取药都相当方便,它的应用也大大提高了医院的工作效率其整机的性能,特别是运行稳定性和振动噪声是医院药房关注的重点,相应的提高针剂摆药机机械结构的性能也渐渐提上话题。采用有限元分析软件ANSYS的Workbench模块对某种针剂摆药机主体结构进行静态和动态分析,并通过计算分析的结果,以重量轻、结构简单、刚度高、总体稳定性良好的结构为目标进行整机设计,获得了优异的整体机构动静态性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The injection dispensing machine was used widely in automatic pharmacy.It needs small area.It is convenient to keep and take medicine.The essential thing that pharmacy should pay attention to was the whole performance,and the most special performance was operation stability and vibration noise.The static and dynamic analysis of injection dispensing machine’s main structure were done based on ANSYS software.The result of analysis was calculated.The structure got are with light weight,high rigidity,good overall stability after being optimized.The static and dynamic performance of whole injection machine pharmacy were excellent.更多还原
