增压器内部流场分析及气液两相流特性研究

【摘要】 以增压器为模型,对增压器中压力波动产生的原因进行了分析。为揭示增压器增压原理及内部气液两相流的特性,基于Reynolds时均化的N-S方程和标准的两方程湍流模型,运用流场计算软件的动网格技术,对高压缸中水和气体两种不同介质的增压过程进行了数值计算,并将计算结果与实测结果进行了比较。研究表明:增压器增压过程是一个逐层增压的过程,同时如果增压器内部含有气体,将增加增压器的压水时间,并引起增压器压力波动的增加,从而影响整台超高压设备的性能。在实际运行过程中,应该避免气体流入高压缸,必要时还可以在管道中安装气液分离器去除水中残留的气体。

【Abstract】 It considers the intensifier as model,analyzing the reason of pressure boost and the pressure fluctuation in intensifier.In order to reveal the characteristic of gas-liquid two phrase flow,the process of compress with water or air is simulated based on Reynolds time-average control equations and two-equation turbulent by the dynamic mesh technology of computation fluid dynamic software.It reveals that the pressure boost is a gradually increasing process.The simulation results are compared with the experiment data.It reveals that if the intensifier contains gas,the time used to compress water will increase,the pressure fluctuation will increase and the performance of this equipment will go bad.In the running time,the air flow must be avoided to enter into the HP cylind.Somtimes gas-liquid segregator can be installed to remove the residual gas.
