基于Romax的滤波减速器齿轮修形
Tooth Profile Modification of Filtering Gear Reducer Research Based on Romax Software
【摘要】 基于Romax软件对新型高性能少齿差行星齿轮传动件———滤波减速器的齿轮进行修形研究。介绍了滤波减速器的结构及传动原理,结合计算公式确定了相关的修形参数,并使用Romax软件对修形参数进行优化,计算修形前后的齿轮振动响应及传递误差,验证修形效果。结果表明采用单边修形效果更好,对滤波减速器进行修形可以有效改善其传动性能。
【Abstract】 Based on the Romax software,a tooth profile modification of a new type of high-performance fewer teeth difference planetary gear transmission reducer called filtering gear reducer is briefly researched.The structure and transmission principle of filtering gear reducer is introduced,and the modification parameters are determined by combining with the formula and optimized by using the Romax software.The effect of the modification is verified by calculating and comparing the gear vibration response and transmission error of be fore and after modification.The results show that the case of unilateral modification is much better and tooth profile modification of filtering reducer can effectively improve the transmission performance.
