【摘要】 为简便实时测量体系的pH,提出了一种以开源硬件Arduino为核心模块的在线连续pH测量系统的设计方案。该方案基于电化学测量pH的原理,利用pH复合电极检测溶液中氢离子浓度,通过简捷有效的高阻抗放大电路对信号进行放大,利用Arduino读取,转换,计算得到pH值;再利用开源软件Python编写的软件通过上位机(PC)的USB接口对测量值进行监控、计算、作图、存储等操作。本方案软硬件均开源,硬件平台具有搭建周期短,器件价格低廉,而采集软件具有简单易学,操作方便等优点。实验证明,该pH测量平台运行稳定,测量简单、准确。由于本平台具有开源和开放等特点,用户能自行修改和裁剪,以适应各种体系pH实时测量的需要。

【Abstract】 In order to measure the pH of solution system easily and instantaneously,a kind of design scheme to measure pH online continuously using Arduino as the core module and the software and hardware design.This method was based on the principle of electrochemical measuring pH,using the pH composite electrode which can detect the hydrogen ions concentration in solution,through a simple and effective high impedance amplifier circuit to amplify the signal,then,using the Arduino to read,convert and calculate the value of pH.Python programming language was used to build the software to collect and display and store pH values through USB of PC.Since both the hardware and software are open-sourced,the building cycle of hardware platform is short,and the price is low.The Python can be used to build the collecting software easily.The experimental results show that the pH measuring platform can run stability with accurate measuring results.Since this platform is built based on open-sourced hardware Arduino and software Python,users can modify and tailor it easily to meet their own demands,which can be widely used in a variety of solutions for instantaneous measurement.
