【摘要】 目的研究一种快捷有效的样品处理方法,检测粮食中有机磷类农药残留。方法采用乙腈超声萃取,萃取液浓缩后经C18柱净化除脂肪,采用DB-1701石英毛细管气相色谱柱、火焰光度检测器进行分离检测。结果该方法实现了粮食中12种常见有机磷类农药检测中的快速净化,加标回收率83.6%～103%,精密度3.1%～8.7%。各组分检出限均可达到0.010mg/kg。结论该方法可以快速净化粮食样品中各种杂质,快捷简便,实用性强,适用于粮食中有机磷类农药的检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe an effective handling method of sample,and detect organic phosphorus pesticide in foodstuff.Methods The sample was extracted with acetonitrile through the ultrasonic wave.The filtrate was purified through the C18 solid phase extraction column,then separated by DB-1701 quartz capillary gas chromatographic column and detected by fame photometric detector.Results The method realized the purge of 12 kinds of organic phosphorus pesticides in foodstuff.The recovery was ranged from 83.6%-103%,the degree of accuracy was ranged from 3.1%-8.7%,and the detection limit was 0.010 mg/kg.Conclusion The method can purge the impurity in the sample of foodstuff,and it is quick,easy and high practicability,which can be applicable to detect organic phosphorus pesticide in foodstuff.更多还原
