【摘要】 目的对江宁农村地区癫痫防治管理项目的效果进行评价。方法对2005-2011年江宁农村地区筛查确诊的惊厥型癫痫患者进行单一苯巴比妥规范治疗1年,评价其治疗效果。结果入组管理的523例患者中,85.5%的患者服用药物剂量为60～150mg/d,28.4%的患者服药后出现不良反应,且大多发生在治疗初期3个月内。干预期间有36例患者因依从性差或疗效差或不能耐受不良反应退出治疗,占6.9%。最终纳入疗效评价的487例患者治疗有效率为75.8%,治疗后癫痫发作频率低于治疗前(P<0.01)。结论苯巴比妥治疗惊厥型癫痫效果良好,在农村地区推广并进行规范化防治管理是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of project for epilepsy prevention and administration in rural areas of Jiangning District.Methods The convulsive epilepsy cases,screened in rural areas of Jiangning from 2005 to 2011,were standard treated with single phenobarbital for 1 year and its therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results A total of 523 patients were enrolled as management group,85.5% of whom used drug-dose with 60-150 mg/d,28.4% out of them appeared adverse reactions after taking this medicine and occurred mostly in early treatment period within 3 months.There were 36 patients(6.9%) exluded because they had poor compliance or lower effects or intolerance reaction during the treatment period.The effective rate was 75.8% in treatment group with total 487 cases.And after treatment the frequency of onset convulsive epilepsy was reduced compared with prior the treatment.(P<0.01).Conclusion In all,using phenobarbital had achieved a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of convulsive epilepsy.The project of epilepsy prevention and administration was feasible in rural areas.更多还原
