【Abstract】 The joint construction and sharing of resources among the university libraries has become the development trend of modern libraries,which has brought the opportunities for the development of the universities.Many university libraries are in the progress and have even already realized this goal.However,it also encountered some problems in this process.How to deal with these issues?
