电动轮椅车的硬件电路设计
Hardware Circuit Design of Electric Wheelchair
【摘要】 针对残疾人和老年人需要,采用STM32F103VET6单片机设计了一款电动轮椅车驱动电路。详细介绍了无刷直流电机驱动器接口电路、电压检测及液晶显示等硬件电路的设计,此外针对目前电动轮椅小半径转向不足的问题对电动轮椅车进行了新的路径规划算法设计,完善了整个控制系统设计。实验运行结果表明,整个系统运行实验性能良好、操控灵活且在小半径差速转向方面具有很好的可行性和稳定性。
【Abstract】 For the needs of the disabled and elderly,we develop an electric wheelchair controller by using single-chip computer STM32F103VET6.This paper introduces the brushless DC motor driver interface circuit,voltage detection and other hardware circuit design.In addition,in order to solve the problem of insufficient steering,the new path planning algorithm for electric wheelchair is designed to improve the whole control system.The experimental results show that the system has a good performance,flexible manipulation and a good feasibility and stability in the small radius differential steering.
