预处理工艺对30CrMnSi钢亚温淬火后组织与性能的影响
Influence of pretreatment processes on microstructure and properties of subcritical quenched 30CrMnSi steel
【摘要】 对30CrMnSi钢进行淬火和正火预处理,研究预处理工艺对该钢亚温淬火后组织与性能的影响。结果表明,在相同亚温淬火条件下,淬火预处理钢的硬度、强度及韧性较正火预处理试样高;淬火预处理30CrMnSi钢840℃亚温淬火后,组织全部为马氏体,晶粒度为10级;正火预处理30CrMnSi钢850℃亚温淬火后,组织全部为马氏体,晶粒度为9级。
【Abstract】 Quenching and normalizing pretreatment were carried out to study the effect of pretreatment processes on microstructure and properties of 30CrMnSi steel by subcritical quenching.The results show that hardness,strength and toughness of 30CrMnSi steel as quenched is better than that of the normalized steel under the same condition of subcritical quenching.Subcritical quenched at 840 ℃,the microstructure of prequenched 30CrMnSi steel is all martensite with the grain size grade of ten.Subcritical quenched at 850 ℃,the microstructure of pre-normalized 30CrMnSi steel is also martensite with the grain size grade of nine.
