高压锅炉用水冷壁管的腐蚀破坏失效分析
Failure analysis on corrosion damage for high-pressure boiler water-wall tube
【摘要】 通过宏观形貌检查、化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段,分析了发电厂锅炉水冷壁管腐蚀破坏的原因。结果表明,水冷壁管的破坏是因内外壁都产生了局部点腐蚀造成的。内壁的S和Cl是局部产生点蚀的主要原因;外壁蚀坑主要是高温硫化物与烟气冲刷腐蚀协同作用造成的。针对水冷壁管腐蚀破坏提出了改进措施。
【Abstract】 By means of macroscopic inspection,chemical composition analysis,metallurgical examination,SEM and EDS analysis etc,the corrosion failure of boiler water-wall tube in a power plant was analyzed. The results show that the corrosion failure of water-wall tube is mainly caused by pitting corrosion of the inner and outer wall. Sulfur and chlorine of the inner wall are the major cause of localized pitting corrosion. The corrosion pits of the outer wall are mainly caused by high temperature sulphide corrosion with flue gas erosion corrosion.Relative improvement measures to prevent the occurrence of failure are proposed.
