紧固件用非调质钢的抗应力松弛性能

【摘要】 为了研究时效处理对非调钢抗应力松弛能力的影响规律,对冷拔非调质钢MFT8在300℃进行了不同时间的时效处理。结果表明,随着时效时间的延长,铁素体晶内不断析出亚微米级第二相颗粒,使得冷拉拔态非调质钢MFT8的硬度及抗应力松弛性显著提高,且随时效时间的延长,硬度和抗应力松弛性能不断提高,但增幅逐渐降低。在本试验条件下,300℃时效2 h后获得了最佳的抗应力松弛性能。

【Abstract】 Non-quenched and tempered MFT8 steel was aged at 300 ℃ for different time to figure out the effects of aging procedure on the anti-stress relaxation ability of the cold drawn non-quenched and tempered steel.The results show that the second phase submicron particles continuously precipitate within the ferrite grains during aging,which results in the significant improvement of hardness and anti-stress relaxation ability of the non-quenched and tempered MFT8 steel,while the amplification is reduced with aging time.Under this experimental conditions,the non-quenched and tempered MFT8 steel aged at 300 ℃ for 2 h exhibits the best anti-stress relaxation ability.
