磷酸二氢钙和氯化钾对尿素处理的黄泥土水溶性铵态氮和硝态氮的影响

【摘要】 农业生产中氮磷钾肥大量施用且经常共同施用是普遍现象,氮磷钾在土壤中的相互作用对养分的迁移、转化、吸收和代谢有着深远影响。为明确磷钾肥对土壤中氮的迁移转化的影响,采用室内培养法,研究了田间持水量条件下磷酸二氢钙、氯化钾对尿素处理的太湖黄泥土中水溶性铵态氮和硝态氮的影响。结果表明,尿素施入土壤后,随着培养时间的延长,土壤中水溶性铵态氮含量下降,硝态氮含量升高,两者之间存在着显著相关性。磷酸二氢钙显著降低了培养初期土壤水溶性铵态氮含量,并显著提高了培养初期土壤硝态氮含量。氯化钾增加了培养前中期尿素处理土壤水溶性铵态氮含量,但抑制了尿素处理土壤培养中后期硝态氮的含量。在低氮处理条件下,磷酸二氢钙、氯化钾和尿素一起施用造成培养初期铵态氮含量的下降,但在高氮处理条件下,三者一起施用使培养前期土壤水溶性铵态氮含量上升。磷酸二氢钙、氯化钾和尿素一起施用使培养初期土壤硝态氮含量上升,而使培养中后期土壤硝态氮含量降低。

【Abstract】 In agriculture production,it is very common to apply large quantities of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizer,and nutrients translocation,transformation,uptake,and metabolism is influenced by the interaction of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium in soils.In order to investigate the effects of phosphorus and potassium fertilizers on the translocation and transformation of nitrogen in soils,the contents of water-soluble ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in paddy soil treated with urea were studied after monocalcium phosphate and potassium chloride applications by batch culture method.The results showed that content of water-soluble ammonium nitrogen decreased and the content of nitrate nitrogen increased over time after urea application,and there was a significant correlation between the two.In soil treated with Monocalcium phosphate significantly lowered the content of water-soluble ammonium nitrogen,but raised the content of nitrate nitrogen at the early culture period.Potassium chloride increased the content of watersoluble ammonium nitrogen at the early to middle culture period,but decreased the content of nitrate nitrogen at late stage.Content of water-soluble ammonium nitrogen in soil was decreased by combined application of monocalcium phosphate,potassium chloride and urea decreased at early stage in low nitrogen treatment,but was increased in high nitrogen treatment.Content of nitrate nitrogen was improved by combined application of monocalcium phosphate,potassium chloride and urea increased at early stage and was decreased at the middle and late stage.
