复合益生菌对高热环境中仔猪生长性能、肠道菌群和热休克蛋白表达的影响
Effects of multi-probiotics on growth performance,intestinal microbiota and expression of heat shock protein of piglets under hyperthermic conditions
【摘要】 为研究复合益生菌对高热环境中断奶仔猪生长性能、肠道菌群和热休克蛋白表达的影响,将复合益生菌分别以1%、3%的水平添加到基础日粮中组成试验日粮1和2,同时以基础日粮作为对照。选取45头35日龄杜洛克断奶仔猪,随机分为3组,分别饲喂上述日粮,进行为期42 d的饲养试验。结果表明,在高热环境中,3%复合益生菌试验组仔猪日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2个试验组仔猪肠道中的乳酸杆菌数比对照组显著增高(P<0.05),而大肠杆菌数与腹泻率则显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,1%复合益生菌对Hsp70和Hsp27 mRNA水平无显著影响,而3%复合益生菌可显著降低Hsp70和Hsp27 mRNA水平。上述结果说明,复合益生菌能有效缓解断奶仔猪的热应激,提高断奶仔猪的生长性能,改善肠道菌群,显著降低腹泻率,可作为一种潜在的仔猪抗热应激添加剂。
【Abstract】 The growth performance,intestinal microbiota and expression of heat shock protein of weaned piglets affected by multi-probiotics under hyperthermic conditions were studied.The multi-probiotics was supplemented into a basal diet at 0(control),1%,and 3% levels.45 weaned Duroc piglets aged 35 d were selected and divided into 3 groups randomly.The feeding last for 42 d.Under hyperthermic conditions,the daily weight gain of piglets in 3% supplemental group was significantly higher than that of control(P < 0.05),and feed conversion ratio was significantly lower(P < 0.05).The intestinal lactobacillus counts of the two experimental groups were both significantly higher than that of control(P <0.05),while the number of Escherichia.coli and diarrhea incidence were significantly lower(P < 0.05).Compared with the control,adding 3% multi-probiotics dramaticlly lowered the mRNA expressions of Hsp70 and Hsp27 which were not affected by 1% multi-probiotis supplement.However,these results indicated that multi-probiotics relieved heat stress,improved growth performance and intestinal microbiota,and reduced diarrhea incidence of weaned piglets.It could be used as a potential additives for piglets in respouse to heat stress.
