【摘要】 根据兵团农业科研机构的管理模式,结合科研管理实践,采用基于互联网的B/S模式,研究开发了服务于兵团农业研究院所的科研管理系统,实现科研、管理和信息交流的电子化和网络化。利用信息技术有效地将兵团农业科技资源进行整合共享,为兵团科技管理部门制定规划和相关科技政策提供及时的量化依据,促进了兵团区域创新服务体系的建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the management mode and practice of the corps agricultural research institutions in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,the management system was developed to serve agricultural research institutions based on the B/S mode,and electronization and networking of the scientific research,management and information communication were achieved.The agricultural science and technology of the corps were integrated and shared effectively via information technology in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,exact basis to science and technology management department for drafting project and related policy was provided,and the construction of the regional innovation service system was promoted.更多还原
