有限超储契约下集群式供应链跨链采购决策模型及算法

【摘要】 集群式供应链作为一种以产业集群和多供应链相耦合的云制造服务平台,为不同异质供应链跨链间采购提供了实施条件。基于此,建立了集群式供应链无契约跨链采购模型,以及由此扩展而来的基于有限超储契约下集群式供应链跨链采购模型,并给出了相应的算法。研究对比发现,无契约非跨链采购模型下各参与方的采购成本最高,基于有限超储契约下的采购模式成本最少;并且市场需求对整个云制造系统采购成本有较为显著的影响,特别是采购商超储上限提高到一定程度时,系统各方采购批量、采购次数和采购成本基本维持稳定,证明了该云制造服务平台采购模式的有效性,以及现实的可操作性。

【Abstract】 Cluster supply chain is a kind of cloud manufacturing service platform in which multiple supply chains network rooted in industrial cluster.This platform provided practical conditions for different chains implementing cross-chain purchase.Based on this,cross-chain purchasing models without contract for cluster supply chain were established,and the extension of cross-chain purchasing models for cluster supply chain under Limited Over-Stock Contract(LOSC) was also built.Meanwhile the corresponding algorithms were presented.Study results suggested that all the participants’ total cost was the highest under non-cross chain purchasing model without contract,but the total cost was lowest came from the cross-chain purchasing model with LOSC.In addition,the market demand had a significant influence on the whole system’s purchasing cost.Especially,when the over-stock of purchaser’s upper bound to a certain point,the quantity,frequency and cost of order could maintain stable.Thus the effectiveness and feasibility of proposed method were proved.
