【摘要】 借鉴企业邮局模式,从供应链金融的视角建立中小企业"融资邮局"模型。通过在供应链内调配企业成员的资金以及融资的需求和供给来克服中小企业融资困难和融资成本过高的双重局限;将供应链上其他企业成员的应收账款和企业信誉作为融资保障,可增加企业融资额度并降低风险。指出无论采取何种融资方式,企业都需进行风险控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the enterprise supply chain theory,this paper uses the enterprise post office model to build a post office financing model to increase the maximum amount of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises.Adjusting the demand and supply of capital and financing of enterprise member in supply chain could solve the problems of financing difficulty and high financing cost,and taking accounts receivable and corporate reputation of the other enterprise in supply chain as financing guarantee could increase financing amount and decrease financing risk.And it points out that,no matter what kind of financing mode enterprise uses,it needs to control risk.更多还原
