【Abstract】 This paper depicts the complexity of complex project from four aspects,namely technology,stakeholder,boundary and goal uncertainty,and analyzes the crisis incentives of complex project from the perspectives of personnel,technology,organization and external environment.Then it explores the interaction between the complexity and crisis incentives in the crisis evolving process.Finally,according to the advantages of the emerging grid applied to crisis management of complex project,it designs the management mechanism of crisis management of complex project.更多还原
