二硫化钼-铜-镀铜石墨复合材料的载流磨损性能研究

【摘要】 采用粉末冶金方法制备了不同二硫化钼质量分数的二硫化钼-铜-镀铜石墨(A组)复合材料和二硫化钼-铜-石墨(B组)复合材料,在自制的磨损试验装置上考察两组复合材料机械磨损和载流磨损性能。结果表明,加入2%(质量分数)的二硫化钼,可使两类复合材料在机械磨损和载流磨损的磨损量减小;并且二硫化钼-铜-镀铜石墨复合材料在机械磨损和载流磨损时,磨损量均比二硫化钼-铜-石墨复合材料小,耐磨性好;在载流磨损条件下,两组复合材料的磨损量比其机械磨损量大,且正刷磨损量比负刷磨损量大。

【Abstract】 MoS2/Cu/copper-coated graphite composite(Group A) and MoS2/Cu/graphite composite(Group B) were prepared by using the powder metallurgy method.Wear properties of the two groups of composites were tested using a custom tribometer with and without electric current.The results show that,by adding an amount of MoS2 with the content of 2%(mass percent),the wear mass of two kinds of composites decrease with and without electric current.Compared with Group B,Group A has smaller wear mass and better wear resistance with and without electric current.Under electric current condition,the wear mass of the two groups of composites is larger than those without electric current and compared with negative brush,the wear mass of positive brush is larger.
