商用车动力学计算中的车架建模

【摘要】 针对商用车动力学计算中车架的建模,在利用车架CAD数据通过有限元法生成MNF文件的基础上,通过研究试验模态文件,找到一种实现车架柔性体简易建模的方法.该方法能够实现对车架一扭和垂向一弯模态频率与模态振型的设定,简化车架的建模工作.通过该方法可以实现在车型概念设计阶段,利用商用车动力学计算分析来规划和控制车架的弯扭特性,从而提高车辆的乘坐舒适性.

【Abstract】 As to the frame modeling in the commercial vehicle dynamics calculation,based on the MNF file which is generated from the CAD data of frame by using finite element method,a simple method is proposed to build frame model through the research on modal experiment files. It is simplified the work of frame modeling and can easily set the first twisting and vertical bending modal frequency and modal shape. During the concept design phase,the bending and twisting characteristics of the frame can be planned and controlled using the method which can improve the ride comfort characteristics of the vehicle.
