仿真数据管理平台的需求分析与实施
Requirement analysis of simulation data management platform and its implementation
【摘要】 CAE分析方法在汽车行业得到广泛应用,迫切需要对模拟分析结果和CAE分析方法进行有效管理.模拟分析过程本身比如边界条件、模型设置和结果处理都需要进行标准化,CAE应用阶段的拓展也需要有数据库做基础.在这种背景下,定义和开发基于SimManager的CAE平台.通过这个平台,将CAE任务包标准化后,用CAE模板对CAE分析过程和结果数据进行管理.不同CAE团队之间的模拟数据可以被追踪、重新利用和共享.在某些领域,重要的参数可以和以往数据对比或与试验数据比较.该平台实现发动机进、排气道CFD分析过程的自动化,极大地提高分析效率.
【Abstract】 CAE methods has been widely used in automobile industry. The simulation data and CAE knowledge need to be managed more urgently than before. The simulation process including boundary conditions,model setup and reporting need to be standardized. At the same time,CAE application needs to be extended to product planning and concept phase,which is based on a database. Under this background,an IT system is defined and implemented. A CAE platform is implemented based on SimManager. CAE activities and simulation data are managed on the platform by the concept of CAE template which is taken as a standardized CAE task package. The simulation data can be traced,reused and shared among different CAE groups. The critical parameters can be benchmarked with historical data and compared with testing data in some fields. The automation of engine intake / exhaust duct CFD analysis process is implemented on the platform and the efficiency is increased significantly.
