表面换热系数对高频感应弯板成型的影响
Effect of high frequency induction technology-based model surface heat exchange coefficient on bending plate forming of ship hull
【摘要】 采用ANSYS软件对低碳钢平板的高频感应线状加热弯板成形过程进行热弹塑性有限元分析,利用相关数值结果定性分析了平板模型表面换热系数对船体曲面弯板成型的影响。结果表明,平板表面换热系数对温度场的影响显著,随着换热系数的增大,平板冷却至室温所需时间缩短;其余条件完全一致的情况下,冷却开始越早,产生的纵向位移越大,横向收缩区域越集中在加热结束半区;平板加热时的换热系数对平板最终变形影响较大,加热时段是决定平板最终成型的主要时机;加热阶段,平板加热面的换热系数越大,平板的残余应力越集中。
【Abstract】 The bending and forming process of high-frequency induction line of the low carbon plate were studied using the thermal elastic-plastic finite element analysis. The influence of the heat exchange coefficient on the surface of plate model on the forming of ship plate was studied based on the analysis results. The results demonstrate that the heat exchange coefficient has significant influence on the temperature field of the ship plate,the time for cooing the plate to the room temperature decreases with the heat exchange coefficient on the surface of plate increases. The earlier staring of the cooling process will result in relative larger longitudinal displacement,more concentration of the horizontal shrinkage at the ending part of the heat and bigger influence of the heat exchange coefficient on the final formation of the plate under the same condition. Heating period is the most critical factor for the final forming of the plate. The bigger the heat exchange coefficient is during the heating process,the more concentrated the residual stress of the plate will be.
