退火处理对超细晶铜-锗合金力学性能的影响(英文)
Effect of annealing treatment on mechanical properties of ultrafine-grained Cu-Ge alloy
【摘要】 超细晶Cu-0.1at%Ge合金在液氮温度下轧制后在150℃退火1 h,分别研究了超细晶铜锗合金在退火前后的显微硬度及力学性能。结果表明,通过低温退火,超细晶铜锗合金的显微硬度和强度得到提高,而均匀伸长率下降。
【Abstract】 Ultrafine-grained Cu-0.1at%Ge alloy was processed by heavily rolling at the liquid nitrogen temperature and then subjected to annealing at 150 ℃ for 1 h.The microhardness and tensile behavior of ultrafine-grained Cu-Ge alloy were studied before and after annealing respectively.The results show that the microhardness and strength of the alloy are improved while the uniform elongation decreases by low temperature annealing.
