固溶处理对铸轧7050铝合金显微组织与性能的影响
Effects of solid solution treatment on microstructure and properties of cast-rolled 7050 aluminum alloy
【摘要】 通过光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、维氏硬度测试、拉伸力学性能测试和能谱分析等方法,研究了固溶处理对铸轧7050铝合金的显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,铸轧7050铝合金随固溶温度的升高或固溶时间的增加,析出相溶解越多,合金的强度越大。当固溶温度在480℃、固溶时间在60 min时,析出相粒子已基本溶解,合金的强度达到峰值。随固溶温度的升高或固溶时间继续增加,组织出现过烧现象,析出相的弥散强化作用逐渐减弱,基体强度逐渐降低。铸轧7050铝合金较为理想的固溶处理制度为480℃×1 h。
【Abstract】 Effects of solution treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of cast-rolled 7050 aluminum alloy were studied by OM,SEM,hardness test,tensile test and EDS analysis. The results show that the precipitated phase adequately dissolves and strength increases when the alloy is solution treated at higher temperature for longer time. The precipitated phases fully dissolve and strength reaches the peak when solution treatment at 480 ℃ for 60 min. When the solid solution temperature or the solid solution time further increases,the overheated structure appears in the alloy,the strengthening effect of dispersive phase decreases,and the strengthens gradually decreases. The optimum solution treatment process of cast-rolled 7050 aluminum alloy is solution temperature of 480 ℃ with solution time of 1 h.
