白腰文鸟高级发声中枢细胞迁移的性别差异

【摘要】 目的:以幼年白腰文鸟为研究对象,分析鸣禽端脑高级发声中枢细胞迁移过程中的性别差异。方法:以~3H-胸腺嘧啶标记雌、雄幼鸟端脑内新生细胞,5 d或10 d后进行波形蛋白、Hu、GFAP免疫组织化学和3H放射性自显影双标,分析比较在高级发声中枢区域沿放射胶质细胞纤维迁移的新生细胞数目,及新生神经元、星形胶质细胞数目。结果:新生细胞产生5d或10d后,雄性高级发声中枢内沿放射胶质细胞纤维迁移的细胞数目显著多于雌性;新生细胞分化成为神经元的细胞数目也高于雌性;而分化成为星形胶质细胞的数目并无明显差异。结论:幼年鸣禽高级发声中枢细胞在迁移过程中的性别差异有助于高级发声中枢性双态性的形成。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the sexual dimorphism during the migration of high vocal center(HVC) newborn cells in juvenile songbird bengalese finches.Methods:By combining 3[H]thymidine autoradiography with vimentin,Hu or GFAP immunochemistry,we analyzed the number of newborn cells migrating along the radial glia fibers 5 d or 10 d after their birth in the presumptive HVC area,as well as the newborn neurons and newborn astrocytes.Results:The number of migrating newborn cells in male HVC was greater than that in female’s,and same to number of newborn neurons,but there was no difference in newborn astrocyte number.Conclusion:These results indicate that the post mitotic events such as the migration and early differentiation account for sexual dimorphic neuron addition to HVC.
