男性青少年群体X线片骨骺融合程度推断其年龄
Age estimation of male teenager by changes of epiphyseal fusion on X-ray film
【摘要】 目的:根据骨骺融合程度来推断涉案男性青少年年龄。方法:利用X线拍片法对中山大学中山医学院法医系骨龄鉴定室359名15~20周岁涉案男性青少年拍摄左侧肩、肘、腕(包括手)、髋、膝、踝关节的X线片,对上述关节的近端及远端骨骺进行观察分析,选取与年龄变化关系密切的33项骨骺融合指标,对其进行分级、评分,用SPSS软件进行统计学处理。结果:建立了用多关节骨骺融合程度推断涉案男性青少年年龄的多元回归方程,并选取了其中1个复相关系数最高(r:0.959~0.960),且标准误最低者(SE=0.30207~0.30729)的多元回归方程用于判定涉案男性青少年的年龄。结论:利用本方程可推断国人15~20周岁男性青少年的活体年龄。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the changes of epiphyseal fusion expressed on X-ray film,which is quite practical for the age estimation of male teenagers.Methods:359 male teenager crime cases,15-20 years old,from the department of forensic medicine of Zhongshan Medical College of Zhongshan University were studied for age estimation.Radiographic plates were taken from the following 6 articulations:shoulder joint,elbow joint,wrist joint,hip joint,knee joint and ankle joint.Then33 characteristics were found,phased and scored.The regression equations were constructed with SPSS.Results:One regression equation with the highest multi-relationship coefficient(r=0.959-0.960) and the lowest standard error(SE=0.302 07-0.307 29) was then selected.Conclusion:The method presented here is quite useful for age estimation of the teenage group in China.
