【摘要】 目的:检测成年小鼠巢蛋白在室周器官细胞的表达及其意义。方法:成年BALB/c雄性小鼠,免疫组织化学检测巢蛋白在室周器官细胞的表达。结果:巢蛋白在最后区、正中隆起、穹隆下器、连合下器和脉络丛细胞均有表达。大部分巢蛋白阳性表达细胞有长短不一的胞突。结论:在成年小鼠室周器官分布有大量的巢蛋白阳性表达细胞,表明成年小鼠室周器官可能存在具有增殖和分化潜能的神经干细胞/祖细胞。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the expression of nestin positve cells in the adult mouse circumventricular organs(CVOs)and subventricular zone and discuss its significance.Methods:CVOs of adult mice(aged 7-8 weeks,male) after conventional heart perfusion were detected by immunohistochemical staining for nestin positive cells.Results:The nestin positive cells were found in area postrema,median eminence,subfornical organ,subcommissural organ,and choroid plexus.A majority of nestin positively expressing cells had a long or short process.Conclusion:Abundent nestin positively expressing cells were found in CVOs of adult mice,suggesting the existence of the neural stem/progenitor cells,which can proliferate and differentiate into new neurons and/or glia cells.A part of nestin positively expressing cells may be nestin expressing neurons or glia cells.更多还原
