MCM7在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及意义

【摘要】 目的检测微小染色体维持蛋白7(MCM7)在子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达,探讨其表达与子宫内膜腺癌临床病理参数的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测MCM7在单纯性增生子宫内膜、子宫内膜不典型增生和子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达,以及雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达。结果 MCM7在子宫内膜单纯性增生、不典型增生以及子宫内膜腺癌中的表达逐渐增高(P<0.05),在子宫内膜腺癌的表达与患者的年龄呈正相关(>45岁,P=0.007)、肿瘤的病理学分级呈负相关(P=0.0003),并进一步发现雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)阴性表达的肿瘤组织中MCM7表达高于受体阳性的肿瘤组织(P=0.002;P=0.021)。结论 MCM7在子宫内膜腺癌的发生发展过程中起促进作用,这一促进作用在雌孕激素受体阴性的子宫内膜腺癌更明显。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate minichromosome maintenance7(MCM7) expression in endometrial carcinoma and irs relationship with clinicopathological parameters. Methods The expression of MCM7 in cases of normal proliferative endometrium, atypical endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma was measured by immunohistochemical analysis. The expression of estrogen receptor(ER) and progestogen receptor(PR) was measured by immunohistochemical staining. Results The expression level of MCM7 was increased in endometrial carcinoma than in atypical endometrial hyperplasia than in normal proliferative endometrium(P<0.05). In endometrial cancer, expression level of MCM7 was positively related to age (>45year, P=0.007), negatively related to the pathological differentiation degree(P=0.0003), and higher in ER and PR negative carcinoma tissues than in positive ones(P =0.002; P=0.021). Conclusion MCM7 might promote carcinogenesis and progress of endometrial carcinoma, especially in ER and PR negative endometrial carcinoma.
