大跨机库屋盖结构原型的静力实验

【摘要】 以某机库(100+150)米多级钢桁架屋盖原型为研究对象,采用有限元MIDAS软件建立了整体有限元模型,以悬挂设备和温差为荷载工况,对该大跨钢桁架空间结构进行了现场原位试验.根据试验数据与有限元分析结果的比较,分析了该结构的受力机理.结果表明,多级钢桁架的结构形式能很好满足结构跨度、负荷、屋面荷载悬挂设备运行等方面的要求,结构有较高的安全裕度,研究结果可为进一步评价该类结构可靠性、合理性以及工程设计提供依据.

【Abstract】 An hangar roof is made up of a multi-stage steel truss system with(100+150) m span,the finite element model(FEA) was established by using the Midas software,Prototype structure static experimental study was carried out by using heavy loading method and temperature variation.Through comparisons between the test and the FEA analysis,the mechanisms was analyzed.The results indicate that the structural form of multi-stage steel truss system meets the needs of structural span、loading、roof load and suspended equipment performance.The structural’s margin of safety is good.The research results could be a useful reference for further evaluation of such structures in reliability or rationality and could provide a basis for engineering design.
