【Abstract】 What is happiness?How can a person pursue it?These problems have always been of concern for people of the world since ancient times.From the point of view of historical tradition,both Chinese and Western ethics contain a wealth of thinkings on happiness.Traditional Western concept of happiness was reviewed,and the Eastern and Western philosophers’ insights into happiness analyzed.An in-depth comparison of the relations between "happiness"and morality,enjoyment,and dedication was made by combining different cultural backgrounds between Chinese and Western of traditional concept of happiness.更多还原
