【摘要】 经过对集美大学、华侨大学和厦门理工学院部分涉外专业约500名本科生进行的问卷调查,发现被调查的大部分学生具备的各种礼仪知识及涉外礼仪知识缺失,认为有必要或很有必要学习礼仪者约占调查对象91.3%(454∕497)。研究结果表明,高校涉外专业应该开设跨文化交际和涉外礼仪方面的必修课或选修课,灌输涉外礼仪知识,以提高学生跨文化交际能力,为将来的涉外工作和生活打下良好的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 After questionnaire surveys on part of college foreign-related majors about their knowledge of modern etiquette,especially international etiquette,it is revealed that the majority of the students surveyed are severely lack in the knowledge about etiquette of different forms.As a result,the courses of cross-culture communication and international etiquette is advised to be offered as a compulsory or elective course for them,thus students’ abilities of cross-culture communication will be enhanced for the sake of their careers after graduation.更多还原
