【摘要】 目的:观察还原型谷胱肽治疗中毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法:96例中毒性肝炎患者,随机分成治疗组(48例)和对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予还原型谷胱甘肽1.2 g+5%葡萄糖溶液250 ml静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程2周。观察两组临床疗效并检测治疗前后肝功能指标的变化。结果:治疗组在改善患者症状、体征及肝功能改善方面,均明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:还原型谷胱甘肽对中毒性肝炎有良好的治疗效果,可显著改善肝功能,缓解相关症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of reduced glutathione for patients with toxic liver hepatitis.Method 96 cases of toxic liver hepatitis were randomly divided into treatment group(48 cases) and the control group with routine treatment,and treatment group was given reduced glutathione 1.2G+5%250 ml glucose infusion based on the routine treatment,once daily,for 2 weeks.We observed the clinical curative effect of 2 sets and detected the changes of liver function before and after treatment.Results Symptoms and signs improving,liver function improvement of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Reduced glutathione in toxic hepatitis treatment has a good effect,and it can significantly improve liver function,relieve symptoms.更多还原
