【摘要】 目的:探讨整体护理在甲状腺手术护理中的应用效果。方法:将80例甲状腺手术患者随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用有计划的整体护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组术前1 d的焦虑评分、心率、收缩压低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后不良反应、住院时间少于对照组,满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理能够减轻甲状腺患者术前应激状态,提高患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing in thyroid operation.Methods 80 cases of thyroid operation were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given holistic nursing,nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results Anxiety,heart rate,systolic blood pressure 1d before the operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Adverse reaction,hospitalization time in the observation group were less than those in the control group,satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing can relieve the stress state of thyroid patients,improve patient satisfaction.更多还原
