【摘要】 目的:早期综合干预对先天性甲状腺功能减低症患儿智能的影响进行探究。方法:给予L-甲状腺素治疗先天性甲状腺功能低下的120例患儿,并采取早期干预系统加以指导,同时随机选择正常婴幼儿作为正常对照组进行随访。结果:在12个月时,试验组患儿的智能与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:实施早期综合干预有助于先天性甲状腺功能减低症患儿智能的发育,是非常有效的一种治疗手段,值得临床应用及推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of early comprehensive intervention on congenital hypothyroidism intelligence.Methods 120 patients were given L-thyroxine treatment of congenital hypothyroidism,and to take early intervention system to guide,and random selection of normal children as control group were followed up.Results At 12 months,the test group were smart when compared with the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The implementation of early intervention is helpful for congenital hypothyroidism intelligent development,is a kind of treatment is very effective,worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
