【摘要】 目的:观察慢性肾功能衰竭患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)的水平与颈动脉粥样硬化程度的相关性。方法:选择80例慢性肾功能衰竭患者为研究对象,分为非透析肾功能衰竭组(50例)和血透组(30例),并选择同期体检的健康人群为对照组(40例)。测定三组人群颈动脉粥样硬化阳性率及颈动脉血管内皮厚度(即内膜—中层厚度IMT),并收集血清标本测定Hs-CRP、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平,比较三组人群上述指标的差异,分析肾功能衰竭患者颈动脉粥样硬化程度与炎性因子的相关性。结果:三组患者的IMT平均厚度、IMT增厚阳性率、斑块阳性率以及血清Hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);血透组上述指标均高于非透析肾功能衰竭组(P<0.05)。Hs-CRP与IMT呈正相关(r=0.651,P<0.01)。结论:慢性肾功能衰竭患者Hs-CRP水平与IMT具有正相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the serum of patients with chronic renal failure of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP) correlation of the level and the degree of carotid artery atherosclerosis.Methods 80 cases of chronic renal failure patients as the research object,is divided into non dialysis renal failure group(50 cases) and hemodialysis group(30 cases),and select the healthy physical examination as control group(40 cases).Determination of the positive rate of three groups of carotid atherosclerosis and carotid vascular endothelial thickness(i.e.intimamedia thickness IMT),and collected serum samples were Hs-CRP,tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6) level,the difference between the three groups,the index of correlation analysis,the severity of carotid atherosclerosis patients failure of kidney and inflammatory factors.Results Of the three patients,the positive rate of IMT of average thickness,thickening of IMT positive rate of plaque and serum HsCRP,TNF-α,IL-6 the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);hemodialysis group of above indexes were higher than those of dialysis and renal failure group(P<0.05).Hs-CRP was positively correlated with IMT(r=0.651,P<0.01).Conclusion The Hs-CRP level in patients with chronic renal failure and IMT have positive correlation.更多还原
