【摘要】 目的:分析突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者的焦虑心理状态,探讨预见性告知护理对改善突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者的焦虑状态的效果。方法:将160例突发性耳聋患者随机分为对照组和试验组,两组均进行改善微循环、抗病毒等药物治疗、氧疗和一般健康教育,试验组加做预见性告知护理(各种治疗效果)。两组患者入院后即应用我国SCL-90症状自评量表评估焦虑水平,并检测纯音听阈水平,治疗结束出院时重复以上评估,收集护理出院满意度。统计分析患者两次SCL-90评分、治疗效果及满意度。结果:160例患者均有不同程度的焦虑,约66.88%的患者处于焦虑状态;实行预见性告知护理后,试验组患者的焦虑水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组治疗效果也较对照组有所提高(P<0.05),试验组出院满意度也较对照组高,但无统计学差异。结论:预见性告知护理可以改善突发性耳聋患者的焦虑状态,一定程度上提高治疗效果和护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the anxiety in hospitalized patients with sudden deafness and effects of of predictability nursing care for them.Methods One hundred and sixty patients hospitalized for sudden deafness were randomly divided into control group and experiment group.Routine use of medications for expand the blood vessel,improve the microcirculation and general health education were used in both groups,and predictability nursing care only in the later group.SCL-90 chart was adopted for evaluation of the anxiety status,and pure tone audiometry tested in the two groups before and after the routine treatment.The satisfactions with nursing care were collected from two groups.Results One hundred and seven patients in one hundred and sixty patients suffered from the anxiety(66.88%).Adding the predictability nursing care,the lower anxiety level and the better results of the patients in the experiment group were significant in comparison with the control group(P< 0.05),and a higher satisfaction with nursing care too(P>0.05).Conclusion The predictability nursing care would reduce the anxiety of hospitalized patients with sudden deafness and a better results was expected.更多还原
