【摘要】 目的:总结32例小儿烫伤患者的临床治疗体会。方法:选择进行烫伤治疗的患儿32例,对其实施基础护理、药物治疗、保温与体位护理、营养支持,观察创面恢复情况,临床不良反应,并发症发生情况,创面愈合时间以及药物不良反应。结果:患儿平均住院时间(9.89±3.47)d,临床不良反应主要以发热为主,2例患者出现重症休克,未发现药物不良反应,临床治愈率为100%。结论:小儿烫伤的临床护理要加强休克和感染预防,加强临床观察,促使患儿的早日康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Experience of 32 cases of clinical treatment of pediatric burn patients.Methods 32 children patients with burn treatment cases,the implementation of basic nursing,medication,insulation support and posture nursing,nutrition,to observe the wound healing,clinical adverse reactions,complications,wound healing time and adverse drug reaction.Results The average time of hospitalization in children(9.89±3.47)d,clinical adverse reactions mainly fever,2 cases of patients with severe shock,no drug adverse reaction was found,the clinical cure rate was 100%.Conclusion The clinical nursing to strengthen children burn shock and infection prevention,strengthen the clinical observation of children,promote early rehabilitation.更多还原
