【摘要】 目的:探究甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)合并2型糖尿病(2-DM)患者的临床特点。方法:选择5例甲减合并DM患者(合并组)及同期住院DM无甲减患者50例(DM组),比较两组患者间临床资料的差异性。结果:两组患者,TSH、TC、LDL-C、收缩压、脉压比较,联合组较DM组均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲减合并2-DM患者临床症不明显,提高临床关注度,争取早期诊断,早期治疗,对病情控制极其有益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical features of patients who had hypothyroidism combined with type 2 DM.Method We selected 50 cases of type 2 DM patients with hypothyroidism(combined group) and the 50 hospitalization type 2 DM patients without hypothyroidism(group DM) in our hospital from 2009/1to 2012 /1,and compared the otherness of clinical data of these two groups.Results The two groups of patients were compared with TSH,TC,LDL-C tips,systolic blood pressure,pulse pressure.And those of combined group were higher than those of DM group,statistically different,P<0.05.Conclusion Clinical disease of hypothyroidism combined with type 2 DM patients is not obvious,improving clinical attention,striving for early diagnosis,early treatment is extremely useful for controlling the disease.更多还原
