【摘要】 目的:分析老年人健康体检的异常心电图特点及检测的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析1 800例化州市事业单位离退休老年人进行的常规心电图检查资料。结果:1 800名老年人健康体检正常心电图716例(39.78%),异常心电图1 084例(60.22%),异常心电图检出率男性明显高于女性,男女之比为42.78%:17.45%(P<0.01)。结论:常规心电图检查简单方便,经济安全实用,对老年人筛查心血管疾病有着重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the old people healthy check-up abnormal ecg characteristic and tatest its clinical value.Method 900 cases of retired old people who were in Huazhou City institutions had conventional ecg and the data were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of the 900 old people health check-up ecg,normal was 716 cases(39.78%),the abnormal was 1084 cases(60.22%),the abnormal electrocardiogram(ecg) detection rate was higher than male women,the men and women were 42.78%,17.45%,respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion Conventional ecg is simple,economic and security,and it has important significance in screening for the old cardiovascular disease.更多还原
